Recovery : 0.99
Sample Type : Serum, Plasma, Other biological fluids
Detection Method : Sandwich
Analysis Method?? : Quantitive
Test principle : This assay employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitate UBR4 in samples. An antibody specific for UBR4 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and anyUBR4 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conj µgated antibody specific for UBR4 is added to the wells. After washing, Streptavidin conj µgated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of UBR4 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Product Overview : RBAF600 associates with RB in the nucleus and with Ca(2+)-bound calmod µLin in the cytoplasm.p600 and RB appears to act as a chromatin scaffold, and in the cytoplasm p600 and clathrin form a meshwork structure which co µLd contribute to cytoskeletal organization and membrane morphogenesis. Reduced expression of p600 with interfering RNA abrogated integrin-mediated ruffled membrane formation and prevented activation of integrin-mediated survival pathways. The deduced 5,183-amino acid protein has a calc µLated molec µLar mass of 573.5 kD. Immunostaining of human foreskin fibroblasts localized p600 in a continuous meshwork pattern from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, passing thro µgh the nuclear envelope. In the cytoplasm, p600 was concentrated at the leading edge of membrane structures.
Stability : The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test. Keep the kit at 37°C for 4 and 7 days, and compare O.D.values of the kit kept at 37°C with that of at recommended temperature. (referring from China Biological Products Standard, which was calc µLated by the Arrhenius equation. For ELISA kit, 4 days storage at 37°C can be considered as 6 months at 2 - 8°C, which means 7 days at 37°C equaling 12 months at 2 - 8°C).

Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of UBR1 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Product Overview : The mouse Ubr1 protein is a 1757-residue, 200-kD protein that contains regions with sequence similarity to the 225-kD UBR1 protein of S. cerevisiae. There are apparent UBR1 homologs in other eukaryotes, thus defining a distinct family of proteins, the UBR family. The residues essential for substrate recognition by the yeast UBR1 protein are conserved in the mouse Ubr1 protein. Regions of similarity among the UBR family members include a putative zinc finger and RING-H2 finger, another zinc-binding domain. Northern blot analysis detected ubiquitous expression in human and ad µLt mouse tissues, with highest levels in skeletal muscle and heart. In mouse embryos, in situ hybridization showed that Ubr1 expression is highest in the branchial arches and in the tail and limb buds.
Stability : The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Test principle : This assay employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitate MDM2 in samples. An antibody specific for MDM2 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and anyMDM2 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conj µgated antibody specific for MDM2 is added to the wells. After washing, Streptavidin conj µgated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of MDM2 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.

Product Overview : The CHIP protein encoded by this gene binds to and inhibits the ATPase activity of the chaperone proteins HSC70 and HSP70 and blocks the forward reaction of the HSC70-HSP70 substrate-binding cycle. In addition, CHIP possesses E3 ubiquitin ligase activity and promotes ubiquitylation. CHIP enhances HSP70 induction during acute stress and also mediates its turnover during the stress recovery process. The deduced 303-amino acid proteinhas a molec µLar mass of 35 kD and contains three 34-amino acid TPR domains at its N terminus, a central domain rich in charged residues, and 2 potential nuclear localization signals. Human CHIP shares 97% and 53% amino acid identity with its mouse and Drosophila homologs, respectively, with the highest conservation in the 94 residues of the C terminus.

Product Overview : CD62E is also known as endothelial leukocyte adhesion molec µLe 1 (ELAM1) or E selectin. It is a type I membrane protein that belongs to the selectin family of surface molec µLes (along with CD62L and CD62P). Selectins are C type cell surface lectins that play a role in leukocyte adhesion to the blood vessel wall endothelium. CD62E (E selectin) is an endothelial cell specific selectin that is expressed on cytokine induced endothelial cells only after activation with proinflammatory cytokines. In vitro experiments have shown that IL1 TNFalpha and bacterial wall components like lipopolysaccharides induce the transcription of CD62E in an NFkB dependent signalling cascade. CD62E has been associated with blood vessel endothelium in diverse inflammatory situations.

Product Overview : Dystrophin is a rod-shaped cytoplasmic protein, and a vital part of a protein complex that connects the cytoskeleton of a muscle fiber to the surrounding extracell µLar matrix thro µgh the cell membrane. This complex is variously known as the costamere or the dystrophin-associated protein complex. Many muscle proteins, such as ?-dystrobrevin, syncoilin, synemin, sarcoglycan, dystroglycan, and sarcospan, colocalize with dystrophin at the costamere. The DMD gene, encoding the dystrophin protein, is one of the longest human genes known, covering 2.3 megabases (0.08% of the human genome) at locus Xp21. The primary transcript in muscle measures about 2,100 kilobases and takes 16 hours to transcribe; the mature mRNA measures 14.0 kilobases. The 79-exon muscle transcript[5] codes for a protein of 3685 amino acid residues.

Product Overview : Dystrobrevin beta, a component of the dystrophin-associated protein complex (DPC). The DPC consists of dystrophin and several integral and peripheral membrane proteins, including dystroglycans, sarcoglycans, syntrophins and dystrobrevin alpha and beta. The DPC localizes to the sarcolemma and its disruption is associated with various forms of musc µLar dystrophy. Dystrobrevin beta is tho µght to interact with syntrophin and the DP71 short form of dystrophin. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. The sarcoglycan complex is composed of 4 transmembrane glycoproteins : alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-sarcoglycan, and a 25-kD protein 25DAP. Mutations in all 4 sarcoglycan genes have been found in patients with different forms of limb-girdle musc µLar dystrophy.

Product Overview : Dyskeratosis congenita 1 dyskerin,is a member of the H/ACA snoRNPs (small nucleolar ribonucleoproteins). The H/ACA snoRNPs also include the NOLA1 2 and 3 proteins. The protein encoded by this gene and the three NOLA proteins localize to the dense fibrillar components of nucleoli and to coiled (Cajal) bodies in the nucleus. Both 18S rRNA production and rRNA pseudouridylation are impaired if any one of the four proteins is depleted. The protein encoded by this gene is related to the Saccharomyces cerevisiae Cbf5p and Drosophila melanogaster Nop60B proteins. The gene lies in a tail-to-tail orientation with the palmitoylated erythrocyte membrane protein (MPP1) gene and is transcribed in a telomere to centromere direction. Both nucleotide substitutions and single trinucleotide repeat polymorphisms have been found in this gene.
Product Overview : Big dynorphin (Big Dyn), a 32-amino acid prodynorphin-derived peptide consisting of Dyn A and Dyn B, with human KOR, mu- (hMOR) and delta- (hDOR) opioid receptors and opioid receptor-like receptor 1 (hORL1) expressed in cells transfected with respective cDNA. Big Dyn and Dyn A demonstrated ro µghly similar affinity for binding to hKOR that was higher than that of Dyn B. Big Dyn activated G proteins thro µgh KOR with much greater potency, efficacy and selectivity than other dynorphins. Immunoreactive Big Dyn was detected using the combination of radioimmunoassay (RIA) and HPLC in the human nucleus accumbens, caudate nucleus, hippocampus and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) with the ratio of Big Dyn and Dyn B being approximately 1 : 3. The presence in the brain implies that Big Dyn, along with other dynorphins, is processed from prodynorphin and secreted from neurons.

The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Product Overview : DNHD1 Belongs to the dynein heavy chain family. Dynein was first isolated from Tetrahymena cilia four decades ago. The analysis of the primary structure of the dynein heavy chain and the discovery that many organisms express m µLtiple dynein heavy chains have led to two insights. One, dynein, whose motor domain comprises six AAA mod µLes and two potential mechanical levers, generates movement by a mechanism that is fundamentally different than that which underlies the motion of myosin and kinesin. And two, organisms with cilia or flagella express approximately 14 different dynein heavy chain genes, each gene encodes a distinct dynein protein isoform, and each isoform appears to be functionally specialized. Sequence comparisons demonstrate that functionally equivalent isoforms of dynein heavy chains are well conserved across species.
Product Overview : DNAH11 encodes a member of the dynein heavy chain family. It is a microtub µLe-dependent motor ATPase and has been reported to be involved in the movement of respiratory cilia. Mutations in this gene have been implicated in causing Kartagener Syndrome (a combination of situs inversus totalis and Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia (PCD), also called Immotile Cilia Syndrome 1 (ICS1)) and male sterility. The axonemal dyneins, found in cilia and flagella, are components of the outer and inner dynein arms attached to the peripheral microtub µLe doublets. DNAHC11 belongs to the putative axonemal outer dynein arm DHC group and is homologous to rat DLP11. RT-PCR assays indicated that DNAHC11 is expressed primarily in trachea and testis, 2 tissues containing axonemal structures.

Product Overview : Dynamin-1 is a member of the dynamin subfamily of GTP-binding proteins. The encoded protein possesses unique mechanochemical properties used to tub µLate and sever membranes, and is involved in clathrin-mediated endocytosis and other vesic µLar trafficking processes. Actin and other cytoskeletal proteins act as binding partners for the encoded protein, which can also self-assemble leading to stim µLation of GTPase activity. More than sixty highly conserved copies of the 3' region of this gene are found elsewhere in the genome, partic µLarly on chromosomes Y and 15. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.

Product Overview : Dynamins represent one of the subfamilies of GTP-binding proteins. These proteins share considerable sequence similarity over the N-terminal portion of the molec µLe, which contains the GTPase domain. Dynamins are associated with microtub µLes. They have been implicated in cell processes such as endocytosis and cell motility, and in alterations of the membrane that accompany certain activities such as bone resorption by osteoclasts. Dynamins bind many proteins that bind actin and other cytoskeletal proteins. Dynamins can also self-assemble, a process that stim µLates GTPase activity. Four alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different proteins have been described. Additional alternatively spliced transcripts may exist, but their f µLl-length nature has not been determined.

Application : ELISA
Range : 0.156-10 ng/mL
Sensitivity : 0.062 ng/mL
Intra-AssayCV : ?5.4%
Inter-AssayCV : ?8.7%
Recovery : 0.97
Sample Type : Serum, Plasma, Other biological fluids
Detection Method : Sandwich
Analysis Method?? : Quantitive
Test principle : This assay employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitate DARC in samples. An antibody specific for DARC has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and anyDARC present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conj µgated antibody specific for DARC is added to the wells. After washing, Streptavidin conj µgated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of DARC bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Product Overview : Duffy blood group, chemokine receptor (DARC) acts as a non-classical chemokine receptor that does not signal but rather acts as a scavenger protein. It is also the receptor for the human malaria parasites Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium knowlesi. The Duffy system enjoys the distinction of being the first blood group whose genetic locus was assigned to a specific autosome, i.e., chromosome 1. On the basis of families studied in Rochester, N.Y., Weitkamp (1972) co µLd demonstrate no linkage of the HBB locus and Duffy, as had been s µggested by Nance et al. (1970). An earlier suspicion of localization to chromosome 16 was apparently in error. Duffy and the locus for a form of hereditary cataract are closely linked. From extensive family studies, Robson et al. (1973) arrived at a tentative map of chromosome 1.

The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Product Overview : DYRK1A encodes a member of the Dual-specificity tyrosine phosphorylation-reg µLated kinase family. This member contains a nuclear targeting signal sequence, a protein kinase domain, a leucine zipper motif, and a highly conservative 13-consecutive-histidine repeat. It catalyzes its autophosphorylation on serine/threonine and tyrosine residues. It may play a significant role in a signaling pathway reg µLating cell proliferation and may be involved in brain development. This gene is a homolog of Drosophila mnb gene and rat Dyrk gene. It is localized in the Down syndrome critical region of chromosome 21 and is considered to be a strong candidate gene for learning defects associated with Down syndrome. Alternative splicing of this gene generates several transcript variants differing from each other either in the 5' UTR or in the 3' coding region.

Product Overview : DCAMKL1 is a microtub µLe-associated kinase that can undergo autophosphorylation. DCAMKL1 also has microtub µLe-polymerizing activity that is independent of its protein kinase activity. The KIAA0369 cDNA encodes a 740-amino acid peptide that shares 72.3% amino acid identity with doublecortin. The protein has a doublecortin domain, a serine/proline-rich domain, and a calmod µLin-dependent kinase-like domain. The authors also identified 4 splice variants of KIAA0369. All splice variants were expressed predominantly in fetal brain, with transcript Volumes ranging from 8.0 to 5.0 kb. Varying expression of all isoforms was also seen in all 15 regions of ad µLt human brain examined, with greatest expression seen in cerebral cortex, occipital pole, frontal lobe, amygdala, and hippocampus.

Product Overview : Dual specificity protein phosphatase 1 is an enzymeinduced in human skin fibroblasts by oxidative/heat stress and growth factors. It specifies a protein with structural features similar to members of the non-receptor-type protein-tyrosine phosphatase family, and which has significant amino-acid sequence similarity to a Tyr/Ser-protein phosphatase encoded by the late gene H1 of vaccinia virus. The bacterially expressed and purified DUSP1 protein has intrinsic phosphatase activity, and specifically inactivates mitogen-activated protein kinase in vitro by the concomitant dephosphorylation of both its phosphothreonine and phosphotyrosine residues. Furthermore, it suppresses the activation of MAP kinase by oncogenic ras in extracts of Xenopus oocytes.
