Background : This gene is a member of the Tyr protein kinase family and the epidermal growth factor receptor subfamily. Background : This gene encodes a member of the epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor family of receptor tyrosine kinases. This kit contains fluorescence detection reagents, buffers and dsDNA standards. The kit is highly selective for double-stranded DNA and is not affected by RNA. It has an excellent linear relationship for dsDNA samples in the 0.2 ~ 100 ng range, and can accurately perform accurate measurements on samples with a concentration of 10 pg/µl to 100 ng/µl. It is quantitative and has excellent tolerance to some conventional contaminants, such as salt, free nucleotides, proteins, solvents, detergents, etc. This product is easy to operate and can be carried out at room temperature. Before use, the fluorescence detection reagent is diluted with a buffer solution into a working solution, and then the dsDNA sample to be tested is added to the Qubit® Fluorometer for detection. Background : Catalyzes the attachment of the cognate amino acid to the corresponding tRNA in a two-step reaction : the amino acid is first activated by ATP to form a covalent intermediate with AMP and is then transferred to the acceptor end of the cognate tRNA. Component of the GAIT (gamma interferon-activated inhibitor of translation) complex which mediates interferon-gamma-induced transcript-selective translation inhibition in inflammation processes. Upon interferon-gamma activation and subsequent phosphorylation dissociates from the m µLtisynthetase complex and assembles into the GAIT complex which binds to stem loop-containing GAIT elements in the 3\'-UTR of diverse inflammatory mRNAs (such as ceruplasmin) and suppresses their translation.
