MarrowPrime - bone marrow cells culture medium

General information MarrowPrime is a ready-to-use liquid culture medium for the cultivation of bone marrow cells and other hematopoietic cells, intended for subsequent karyotyping, FISH assays or other cytogenetic assays used in the in vitro diagnosis of various hematological diseases. ‎ Component composition and characteristics MarrowPrime consists of basal medium MEM Alpha Modification, supplemented with L-Glutamine, fetal bovine serum, antibiotics, hormones and a special formula of stromal growth factors, providing a high mitotic index and yield of cells with excellent chromosomal morphology. MarrowPrime is a ready-to-use environment and does not require the addition of additional supplements. ‎ Shelf life and stability The shelf life of MarrowPrime is 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored at ≤- 15°C.
