Background : FLT3 encodes a class III receptor tyrosine kinase that reg µLates hematopoiesis. The receptor consists of an extracell µLar domain composed of five immunoglob µLin-like domains, one transmembrane region, and a cytoplasmic kinase domain split into two parts by a kinase-insert domain. Background : Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as a cell-surface receptor for VEGFA, VEGFB and PGF, and plays an essential role in the development of embryonic vasc µLature, the reg µLation of angiogenesis, cell survival, cell migration, macrophage function, chemotaxis, and cancer cell invasion. Background : Flag-tag, or Flag octapeptide, is a polypeptide protein tag that can be added to a protein using recombinant DNA technology. It can be used for affinity chromatography, then used to separate recombinant, overexpressed protein from wild-type protein expressed by the host organism.
